According to the owner, from Yelp: “We take extra precautions with our gluten-free products. No wheat flour is allowed to be used within 12 hours of their production and they are baked, not deep fried so we eliminate contamination from fryer. All GF products are individually packaged and stored away from the regular product.”They take impressive steps to ensure that GF products are safe, and have a good selection of GF donuts (glazed, chocolate glazed, maple glazed, and maple bacon) and some cookies. The donuts are served frozen, so they aren’t ready for immediate consumption, but it’s worth the wait for tasty GF donuts.
