They took down tagging on their online menu but in house they had a cheat sheet with all the menu items, which were gf, which could be adapted, which has cross contamination etc. I asked about the fryer and the whole kitchen staff trooped out to assume me only.rice flour went near it and if I tagged a burger as for someone with Celiac it would be cooked safely away from all risks. 5***** this was my first experience out with Celiac kid and they were so reassuring.
Can't actually confirm my kid was not glutened because we're on day 3 of GF diet so I don't think cross contamination would register with them yet.
