We think this is probably a good place for non GF folks but we didn’t get the feeling the knowledge of where gluten is and when was robust. A plus is they have GF soy sauce. We asked (admittedly to test the waters) if the California roll was GF and was told by the mgr confidently “yes” and they confirmed it was made with imitation crab. Imitation crab has gluten. So we ordered conservatively. They made moo goo gai pan with salt/pepper without sauce for us, washed the wok and the sushi knife. Menu doesn’t mention gluten or GF. Felt out on a limb here. Won’t be coming back because of symptoms. Ask lots of questions.
