Server was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and brought out gluten-free soy sauce for me to use with my sushi. She said they could also make any of their dishes with the gluten-free soy sauce and that the seafood sauce was gluten-free

Attempted to try the new sushi place in town. No marked GF options on this menu, staff was not knowledgeable on gluten free items. Based on our own knowledge of what ingredients should be GF, we ordered pretty basic sushi. Staff had no info on if sauces were GF, and they had no GF soy sauce. They did have one bottle of cider beer in the whole restaurant that I drank, but there was only one, not sure if it’s something they normally stock. Will stick with our regular amazing sushi spot in the future.
