Not safe for celiac. I use a Nima sensor to be extra safe- each of the four GF dishes we ordered tested positive for gluten, even though we had a conversation before ordering. We let them know, explained the situation, they were outright hostile- saying they didn't use any wheat flour so it was impossible. We were polite, offered some common cross contamination possibilities, they didn't even listen, just repeated it was impossible. We then showed them the Nima sensor and explained how we tested, have them the website so they could look up for more info- and they mockingly said "oh it's science?!". AVOID if you are celiac!
Excellent Indian food with plenty of choices. Didn't get sick at all.
