How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The staff are knowledgeable about food allergies, and celiac in particular. The base custards and all sauces are gluten free and they were separate from the toppings (some of which are not gluten free).

Frozen custard is a lot like very creamy ice cream made with the addition of egg. I got both chocolate and vanilla custard. The flavors are excellent.
