Nikkolette's Macarons focuses exclusively on the French Macaron. Our macarons are made with gluten free ingredients.

On safety—All the ingredients in our macarons are gluten free (made with almond flour). Macaron production is in a shared commercial kitchen. We produce in our own area with separate equipment. Everything is washed, rinsed and sanitized thoroughly. The main risk for cross contamination would be while baking in the ovens.

Delicious macarons! We ordered some for our dessert tray for Thanksgiving and it was so nice to not worry about gluten! We had a great experience and we love supporting local businesses!
