Did the chefs menu and they were great, replaced anything not GF. They were receptive and intentional. Didn’t get sick.

Went to Nina May and did the chefs tasting menu. Most dishes were already gluten free, but the two with gluten were subbed for other dishes on their menu. Very accommodating and felt taken care of! Did not get sick.
