The owner, Patti, understands celiac and gluten. She admitted the ice cream would have potential cross contamination. However, she assured me the soft serve in a cup is fine. It was delicious, and I was fine. I have celiac, and am very sensitive to gluten, so I must be careful. She is very kind, and even came out to the patio to check on me. It was a great treat!
