If you want exceptional Gluten Free Fine Dining, this is it!! The majority of the menu is Gluten Free and they are always willing to accommodate. I have never once gotten sick or had any issues. Safest Gluten Free Gourmet restaurant in our area hands down!

Beautiful restaurant which I found with good reviews on this site for good knowledge of gf eating. Since the menu was not marked I asked what I could safely eat gf. The waitress acted confident in her answer and then she said and of course the Mac and cheese side dish because it’s only pasta and cheese. I say, really, the pasta is gf? She said well gluten is only in flour so it not in pasta. I said pasta is made from flour and usually wheat flour and she was shocked and said, what? I never knew that! And then she was very flustered and seemed confused. As you could imagine this made me very nervous about all her recommendations. I should have asked to speak to the manager or the cook but I was stunned that a middle aged adult let alone a server doesn’t know pasta is made from flour and then thinks gluten is simply flour. The food was good although the black beans were oddly sweet.

I went here for a girls day lunch. They do not have a separate menu for allergens or have it marked on the menu but the server can help you find safe options. I got fried rice with chicken and it was delicious (they use gf soy sauce)! A friend with me that has multiple allergies was able to find a safe tasty option for her as well. Definitely will be back!

Delicious food. Helpful staff. They understood celiac disease very well & helped walk me through any hidden sources. They confirmed that the Vaca Frita, Ropa Vieja, Pallea, & chocolate tort are all gluten free - except the sweet plantains are fried & no designated fryer. But… the chef was willing to pan fry them in olive oil for me. I had the Vaca Frita & it was unbelievable explosion of flavor! Excellent experience

This is my go-to place for special occasions. The staff is very helpful navigating the menu and takes allergies seriously. I have never gotten sick from eating here.
