Review of Ninja Sushi and Teriyaki

They do not have a specific gluten-free menu, but several waitstaff were very knowledgeable about what sushi rolls were GF, which sauces were not, and were more than happy to make me feel better by double checking on sauces. Everyone was super helpful and careful not to cross-contaminate, they also have GF Tamari soy sauce. I am hypersensitive to any small cross-contamination and had a really great and safe eating experience. (On a side note, they had a lot of cooked rolls and other options that my husband could eat since he's not a big raw sushi fan).
