I asked the waitress about gluten-free options & while she was not extremely knowledgeable, she knew they had GF soy sauce. She confirmed with the cooks that they could make GF Teriyaki Chicken. It was very tasty - cooked with onions, bean sprouts, and peppers! They served rice on the side, as well. I did not have any side effects with this meal, though I would caution anyone seriously concerned about cross-contamination. Overall, it was a good place to eat with friends!
