They provided gluten-free soy sauce and modified a roll to use steamed mushrooms instead of tempura. The mushroom roll was possibly the best sushi I've had in a long time

It was hard to tell whether it was just language barrier but it seemed as if not that much was GF. Surprisingly, the chicken somehow is prepped in some way that involves gluten and they claimed not to have beef, even though it is on the menu. So, it was going to be vegetarian-only. We left without ordering.

They have gluten free soy sauce in house and are happy to talk over dishes that can be prepared gluten free. My take out order was clearly labeled gluten free. Sushi and curry options that are gluten free also.
