Gf items weren't marked, but the waitress said they have gluten free soy sauce that they can replace in the meals. Teriyaki is off limits, but I got the fried rice and it was great. The salad dressing was also not gluten free, so I just gave mine to a friend. I couldn't confirm how well they wipe down their cooking surfaces to avoid contamination.
