No Frill Bar and Grill

I was hesitant to go but a family member chose the restaurant for an occasion. I won’t be returning. I selected an item off their gf menu but felt ill almost immediately after eating there.

The gluten free menu is incorrect, the salmon and chicken are marinated in soy sauce so they aren’t actually gluten free :(

Went there based on recommendations from app. They have a separate gluten-free menu, so I ordered a sandwich, without bread and fries (told dedicated fryer). Food was good, but habe had a little reaction so I'm fairly confident that there was a cross-contamination issue here.

Delicious salads and sandwiches with no bread. Some dinner options. Delcious creme brulee

Consistently excellent food. A few gluten free options. They are generally very good about cross containment. My wife and son are both celiac and haven't had any issues.

The food is top notch! I had steak, spinach, and incredible black beans! The server was extremely knowledgeable and was able and willing to modify items! Will definitely be back regularly!

The menu is a typical "gluten free" menu insofar it consists of items on the menu that don't have gluten in them. Burgers without buns, salads without ingredients (including croutons, obviously), etc. The food itself isn't bad, but for a celiac there are only so many burgers that you can have with all the ingredients hanging out on the side. if nothing else it is a presentation thing.

To be fair, the restaurant was not my choice. I wanted to try out the one next to it that offered distinct GF items.

Limited GF menu. It looks like more options that it really is (sandwiches and burgers without bread). Basically you can choose from salads or side items. Not impressed.

We were traveling from fl to va found no frill bar and grill online searching for gf restaurants. It was a bit out of our way but well worth it. My salad was the best I have ever had. My husband got a chicken sandwich - not gf but he says amazing! Staff were friendly service was quick and the price was right. They had gf cider- delicious:). Would highly recommend!
