Ask the hot food counter for their allergy book. It lists all of the available products and what are the ingredients. They made me a hamburger with a gluten free bun. Delicious.

Cafeteria style eating. High priced but it’s inside a tourist attraction. Available options included salads, burgers, broccoli cheese soup and pulled pork, some cold sides and brownies. No fries. Good cross contamination procedures including staff changing gloves without being asked and a dedicated workspace. Everything tasted fine.

Thrilled to have not only a wide variety of clearly labeled cafe foods but it was really good!! The broccoli cheddar soup, chili, hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, cookies. Everything very good. The staff knew exactly what to do to make separately our sandwiches and we’re quick. We ate outside by the lake and had a wonderful lunch experience.
