These ciders were all so good. Not too sweet, had complexity. For example, florals or herbs. Tastier than urban orchard, imo.

they confirmed that the cider was never from the same tap/lines as the beer they sell. They had several mead and cider options. I tried the Tart Cherry and it was delicious. The ambiance is delightful- an airy room with lots of comfy seating. They offered a limited selection of snacks that are prepared by an outside vendor. There were several labeled gluten-free, and the server assured me that the company that makes them takes precautions. I had the smoked trout dip with pickled ramps. such a great combination with the tart-sweet cider. I have celiac and didn't get sick. Highly recommend.

I have been to Noble multiple times. Everything is always delicious (and safe!). There are several gluten-free options (with a dedicated fryer!), and the servers communicate with the kitchen about accommodating my nut allergy as well. The cider is the best I’ve ever had. Every single one I have tried is great, which is a huge feat! The best part is that the entire experience is stress-free. I’ll definitely keep going back!

So much to like! The cider is delicious and of course, gluten free. Then the fryer only fries gluten free food - popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries and donuts it was all delicious! All gluten-free. You must try it.

Staff was compassionate and knowledgeable. We had the fried green tomatoes and the popcorn chicken with some cider flights and we enjoyed it all. Their cider donuts looked incredible so we will definitely be back for those.
