They have a gluten free menu but because everything is made to order they will also try and make something for you which is not on the menu if you ask. Service can be slow but staff are very pleasant

great service at Noble Cuisine, Dunfermline - menu not marked with intolerance options, but when waitress was made aware she was able to advise what was suitable or not. I was gutted that salt+chilli ribs wouldn't be gf as she said they have flour in the coating, but she went and asked chef if he could do anything. Came back to tell me he'd make me a special portion and they were amazing ! as was the kung po chicken with gf fried rice
