Noble fish used to be one of my favorite sushi places - their rice has gluten in it and their sauces do as well. Unfortunately not safe at all

Unlike many sushi restaurants, Noble Fish does NOT have any GF items - the sushi rice has wheat. The menu indicates: “Noble Fish sushi rice ingredients: Cooked rice, sugar salt, blended vinegar (natural grain extract made of wheat, sake cake, rice, corn, water, salt dashi)”
