Noble Japanese Steak House

Hidden in a Walmart parking lot. Very Japanese, decor, employees and food. Everything was fine. SUSHI WAS EXCELLENT. No gluten free saki.

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free and I felt safe eating here. I've been a few times with my family. They cook my entree in the back to make sure there is no cross contamination as opposed to cooking on the hibachi grill.
