Came here on a girls trip for dinner. Nobu in nyc takes gluten free very seriously and I was relieved to know they do here as well! Nima tested the cucumber avocado roll, salmon avocado, and tuna cucumber and got all smiles.

Gluten free not market on menu, unfortunately, but most items can be made gf! Almost all sauces come in gf versions. Sushi chef was very knowledgeable and aware of gf items. Also had gf soy sauce. Great if you’re looking for a high end sushi place.

This is an AMAZING restaurant! They are super careful with allergies, telling me that each dish they brought to me was gluten and dairy free. While there was no gluten free menu, or marks on the menu, the server was knowledgeable and very helpful. It’s an expensive place, but it’s the best meal I’ve ever eaten and I didn’t get sick!

Fantastic experience… waiter, Salvatore, was extremely knowledgeable about the needs of Coeliacs and ran through entire menu thoroughly explaining which dishes were safe, and the extensive safety process followed by all staff.

Almost everything could be gluten free, and all servers were very knowledgeable. It’s reassuring to hear “gluten free” for every item that was delivered to the table. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
