I've been slowly exploring the menu at Nodo in Westfield Carindale. This week, I indulged in their Brunch Bun - a delightful combination of house baked quinoa bun, free-range bacon, creamy avocado, fresh rocket, and zesty green garlic mayo. The bun was incredibly light and fluffy, and the fillings were simply delicious. To top it off, I treated myself to their mouthwatering banana bread with maple espresso 'butter.' Needless to say, I'll definitely be ordering again.
