While I have eaten here safely, and it’s great that appetizer and main course options are marked gluten-free on the menu (drinks and desserts aren’t labeled though, unfortunately), waitstaff are not being properly trained on allergens. We’ve visited two times over different years and waiters, and none have known what gluten is (they thought it was dairy both times), and a bartender thought gluten can be boiled away, so it’s hard to feel confident. The taste is also pretty lackluster for the price point, so between those two points, I’d pick another option since there are much better, safer restaurants in Waikiki.
