Nom Nom Tacos & Tequila

*** Food Allergies Beware ! *** 
We ate there this afternoon. My daughter has Celiac Disease and will become violently ill if she eats Gluten. We chose this restaurant because there typically are a lot of GF options in Mexican cuisine ie: Chicken, Pork, Corn tortillas, etc. My daughter made it very clear to the waiter of her Gluten Allergy and questioned about the corn tortillas and that none of the items could contain ANY Gluten. The waiter assured her that nothing had Gluten. She ordered, Pastor and Asada tacos, the Esquites, guacamole, and corn chips. Approximately 1 hour later, she was vomiting and passing out. Obviously something was in the marinade of one of these food items. How is it that this place passed any type of licensing in Lafayette if they don't know basic food safety. Update: I Researched the adobo marinade they used with the Asada (steak) Tacos is made with Soy Sauce: The Cheap Soy Sauce contains Gluten. 24 hrs later, My daughter still feels like shit.
