Very good, waiters were very knowledgeable about gluten free and could change dishes accordingly. Even had gluten free bread to go with sauces.

Nothing about gluten on the menu, but when asked the server and kitchen were very knowledgeable (and spoke perfect english, so communication was great)! Most things could be adapted to be gluten free. I got the pêche du jour (fish of the day) and it was one of the best things I ate on my whole trip. They even made a special gluten free pavlova for my desert! Fantastic experience and I didn't get sick!
