First time trying Nonno’s and it was a great experience! Disclosure: I have asymptomatic celiac disease.
I did not call ahead but we dined at around 2:30pm on a weekday, so I had adequate time to ask questions of my server/kitchen staff. They don’t have a GF menu or any items marked as GF on the menu, but when I explained my dietary restrictions to my server, he was able to offer GF pasta. He said the type of GF pasta they offer changes, but this time it was penne. He was able to go back to the kitchen to ask specific questions of staff, such as ensuring the sauce and sausage were gluten free. They use all new equipment and fresh water when preparing GF dishes.
My rating of 4/5 is simply because I wish the information was more readily available to consumers. This place gets busy on weekends and for dinner. It would be nice to see a call out on the menu for what items could be modified to be gluten free. Our server mentioned the request for GF items is increasing, so hopefully the menu will be updated in the future!
The food was fantastic - better than the pasta dishes at Biaggi’s!

Nonnos makes their own sausage in-house that is to die for! This is by far my favorite Italian place in town (including Biaggis). They're also very kind and down-to-earth people.

Great GF Pasta! Staff were very willing to make accommodations.
I ordered my son gluten free pasta because he has celiac and I found pieces of regular spaghetti in the bottom of his dish. Would NOT recommend

Most amazing gluten free pasta in this area! Just tell your server that you need gluten free and the chef will accommodate your menu item. My young daughter and I are both gluten free and we eat here regularly!
