I talked to two different servers, and they both were extremely fluent in Celiac issues. I was advised to stay away from any sauces, the imitation crab, and even the wasabi. I ordered appropriately, and they brought out gluten free Tamari sauce and raw wasabi. The food was delicious, and I felt great afterward.
