Vietnamese food. Usually Pho and pad Thai are safe bets but I always ask if they are GF. I don’t think the staff was interested in trying to understand my questions, but I ordered the pho veggie as a gamble (since I’m already having a skin reaction and it’s Christmas, so what the hell?). Anyways it was yummy lol
