GF items clearly marked on menu. Very good service and excellent food! Pad Thai mmmmm Veg curry mmmmm The staff were not sure if the sake was GF, asked just to check even though I'm 99% sure it is. Shame this let them down 8/10

I had the Singapore Noodles and a side of the garlic green beans. The noodles were very good but the green beans were awesome. I shared the green beans with my husband but I could have eaten just the green beans and been quite happy they were so good.

The Noodle Shop restaurant in Mandalay Bay has GF menu items clearly marked on the menu. We ordered the edamame, pad Thai with tiger prawns, Singapore noodles with tiger prawns, and the Thai style curry with chicken and jasmine rice. All were GF and very delicious. Service was great and we were able to walk in with no reservation on a Saturday night, which was really lucky. My daughter has Celiacs and did not get sick. We will come here again.
