Noodles and Company

They have gf noodles that are really good, but if you have an allergy, DO NOT RISK IT!! There were many other noodles that ended up in my meal that are not gf. Cross-contamination will for sure occur at this chain!! If you are not as sensitive like me, it was fine and really good, but I do not have an allergy.

The staff asked if it was an allergy and I advised celiac. The manager had to sign off. They cooked my chicken in the oven instead of on a sheet with the other meat. I got yummy macaroni with the new GF pasta and added grilled chicken. It was so yummy that I questioned if it was GF- but so far so good!

I am both GF and no dairy and this was a great choice. Know that the cashiers may not be as familiar with GF but the mangers are. All dishes can be changed to fit GF with rice noodles and if dairy is a problem just tell them no cheese or cream.

They have a two different pasta options and a ton of sauces! Tomato basil bisque is gf and amazing. They clean a pan before preparing your food and a manger flags your order! Love this place!

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
