They claim to be “gluten sensitive” but they are not. There is wheat in the pesto sauce, according to the cashier in Cottage Grove, MN.

I’ve never had issues after eating their gluten free noodles. It’s one of my favorite safe places to eat!
Jonathan was amazing and super knowledgable regarding Gluten Free! Tons of GF options and all very tasty!

We ate at the one at Mall of America. My granddaughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac and we asked about their gluten free options. They were very knowledgeable and the pasta with spaghetti (or marinara) sauce was really good. We had ordered it with meatballs and they cam to the table and told us these weren't gf ones so that was a nice touch. Good that the people cooking are knowledgeable. The mac and cheese option wasn't as great but it was still good enough that she finished it. They gave her a rice krispie bar as a side and we couldn't confirm this was gf so she ended up giving this away. They also don't have a gf salad dressing which would have been nice. Had they had more than the pasta option, would definitely have given them a 5.

Noodles & Co has quite a few GF options. I had the pad Thai. Very good and I felt great. Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. I think it helped to let them know I have celiac though, as opposed to someone who is just watching their gluten intake. The manager said she carefully watched my order being prepared and it was marked on the printed order slip as well as my food container with a big green allergen gluten free sticker.

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.
