Review of Noodles and Company

Staff is very knowledgable and dedicated to ensuring no cross-contamination. Though they can't 100% guarantee it, they do cook GF noodles first in the cookers and always wash out when a wheat pasta was cooked if more is needed. I've never gotten sick! :) Great service to boot!
