Michel, the cashier who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about her. She had no issue pulling up the nutritional info and letting me know about the GF and DF options. She even gave me a tiny pamphlet called Gluten Guide. The zoodles and rice noodles were delicious. She said for chicken, they scrape the grill. We’re not celiac, just intolerant, so I wasn’t too concerned but she told me the pork and tofu are safe from cross-contamination. The Japanese Pan and Pad Thai are the DF options and we got rice noodles with both. The spicy Korean we ordered with zoodles, and it was yummy. It was more than decent for food in a mall. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the food is great but not amazing. It’s away from the food court on the upper level, and we’ll remember to stop here and let the kids play at the playground when we’re on our way through Wichita again.

The person taking my order said they kept the food separate for allergies, had no issues after lunch.

Celiac here, they seemed very knowledgeable about celiac options but upon eating at home there was definite cross contamination. I noticed about halfway through my dish, I started to notice different types of noodles mixed in. Needless to say it made me very very sick and I went be back.

The guy working the register was incredibly friendly. He was being so cautious that he rang up the gluten free order completely separately to make sure there was no confusion. The food was good and our child with Celiac disease was thrilled to have a new place to eat and enjoyed the meal. Based on our experience I would have given it four stars (knocking off a star for cleanliness for poop smeared on the toilet and the wall in the bathroom stall and that the restaurant wasn't busy and yet there were several dirty tables with dishes on them that were never cleared while we were there), however after we got home our Celiac got very sick and we suspect it was gluten contamination. For that reason I cannot recommend this restaurant for anyone with Celiac disease and we won't be returning, at least to this location. It's a shame.

They use separate cooking utensils and water in the gluten free noodles. I've been twice and they go out of their way to be careful and seem to genuinely care...plus it tastes great!
Yes
They have rice and fussilli noodles and a lot of sauces to choose from. Manager comes to flag our food so the kitchen is extra careful. They have a large menu you can view if asked to eliminate any allergy concerns. Only place I can get good safe Mac and cheese!
Yes
Love their pasta and that's what I miss the most having to go gluten free! You can get just about any pasta dish made with the rice noodles.
I love going here! i have been several times and they have always asked if i had an allergy. the first time they had the manager talk to my family and explained the gf menu and he was very helpful. this is one of my favorite places and their gf pasta is the best i have ever had!
I went here thinking it would be a good quick option for lunch. I was sorely mistaken. Their allergy menu is printed on tiny pamphlets and on one larger version that resembles a laminated placemat. I chose a salad item that looked and sounded tasty and asked if I need to have anything taken off to make it gluten free. The person at the register looked at me dumbfound and turned to ask a co-worker who looked and sounded equally befuddled by my question.
Good variety

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.
