Noodles and Company

Locations vary and they change over time. This location has previously been great where they would bake the chicken to avoid cross contamination. Recently they told me no. They also brought my celiac daughter regular pasta and when she noticed they asked "what's the big deal". So..sometimes it's great but sometimes it's the last place you want to go. Keep it simple if you go and don't be afraid to ask them questions. Be sure to ask for a water change before they cook your GF pasta...but you might get an eyeroll.

Too man tables in dining area, expand or open another location nearby.

Order is wrong almost every time we order, hellishly chaotic almost all of the time probably adding to the problem.

Someone hire a bus boy, dirty tables constantly reminding you of their existence, bringing down the atmosphere of the room.

However, on the up side, the food is great, well done every time, and the service and knowledge about gluten intolerance is impressive. The consistently good food and service is why i return despite my grumblings about disorganization.

Organization would make this place 5 stars for sure.

My favorite gf sauce is no longer available. There are still about 5 dishes on the menu that are gluten free as long as you substitute the pasta for either of the 2 gf pasta options. I'm not a fan of the remaining gf sauces but I am a fan of how careful they are when you let them know you have celiac or an allergy.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
