It seems crazy to have a good GF experience at a noodle place but I did! Not once but three straight days. They have an allergy menu plus GF noodles. They can’t guarantee no cross-contamination but they did prepare my food in a separate area. The Pad Thai is GF and dairy free. Big bonus points from me.

I have gotten the gf max many times, and never gotten sick. Anything can be made with gf noodles and K love it here.

A lot of options for restricted diets. Unfortunately, the food lacks flavor and high quality ingredients. Both my kids and I didnt finish our meals....even the salad was lackluster.

I've lived near a noodles & company for years and just now found out that all pasta can be made gluten free.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Gluten free suggestions online. I got the mac & cheese with chicken and GF pasta and tomato soup. Didn't get sick and it was pretty good. Not sure if celiac friendly.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
