The first few times we went here it was fine. Then one day someone in the front said it was obviously gluten free and guess who got severely glutened? I did!
It was not sure which dish specifically glutened me but I had the spicy potato salad, fried rice, etc.

I have eaten here a lot, but have recently been glutened a few times. The first time, we realized that they heat all the noodles (wheat and rice) in the same water, so they told me to specify that the water was fresh each time. However, some of the staff don’t seem to know what you’re talking about, so… it’s a little risky.
The next few times, it turns out that some items that are labeled gluten free are in fact not! For instance, the beef tendon is actually cooked in soy sauce, even though they say it’s a gf option. The chili fish soup uses a chili sauce that also has wheat in it. All of these were confirmed with the owner after I asked her to check ingredients. I didn’t double check with her about the jingde stir fry, but also feel weird after eating it too.
I think there are some items that can be safely ordered here, but a lot of the ones that have any type of sauce that isn’t clear are things to be skeptical of.

I went there with friends hoping I could eat something. But I spoke with two people working there and they were not able to make anything celiac safe gluten free. Not even the tea. So I sat and drank my water while my friends ate. Definitely a bummer.

Szechuan chili fish soup is the best and always GF! Most other noodle soups are GF or GF option, and the noodle stir frys are also GF option. But the noodles in the noodle soups are amazing!

First two times I went to Noodles Fresh were great—I asked for gluten free and got it. The third visit, even though I was careful to ask for gluten free and they read my order back to me...I got glutened—ugh! I like the food but I won’t be going back. Too bad.

Food was delicious and staff is knowledgeable. We ordered the seafood noodle soup that was flavorful and yummy! We also had the stir fried rice noodle with extra flank steak! Meat was tender and velvety soft. Flavored perfectly. Owner came over to greet us and explain the history of the restaurant. Its definitely worth coming back!
