I tend to order the same thing. Mixed rice and salmon. I always specify "gluten-free/no pita" and they've only gotten it wrong once .

I’ve enjoyed Noon O Kabob for many years. Ordered an entree gluten free for delivery. Food arrived with a pita placed on the food in the container. Verified ticket on the bag was marked gluten free. As a celiac, I was unable to eat my entree. I’m sure it was a mistake, but a very disappointing experience.
— Not at all
If you have some knowledge of Persian food, you could pretty safely order here, as the menu isn’t marked but the components of a lot of the menu are GF. I did a lamb and chicken kebab plate with rice, it was amazing. It came with naan on the plate, which I should have asked them to hold, but it wasn’t really touching anything so I gave it to my friend. - a risky celiac
