Review of NoRa Cafe

Review

I love so many things about this cafe. 1) The variety of drinks and treats. They have the largest gluten-free selection I’ve food at any cafe in the triangle. 2) The hours. Not many cafes are open later in the evening. 3) Atmosphere. Plenty of parking, Variety of I door and outdoor seating, art, books, and friendly staff. From a gluten-free preservative I do like that most the gluten free treats are in their own case. JP’s and Rising Thistle are dedicated gluten-free. Shout out to Rising Thistle for the amazing Lemon Poppy Seed bread. This was the first I’ve heard of this bakery and also the first time I’ve had anything lemon poppy seed in many years. It’s not a common gluten-free option. They also had gluten-free treats from 9th street bakery which to my knowledge is not dedicate gluten free for those who have celiacs or more extra sensitivities.
