Review of NORA Cupcake Co

I’ve been going the past few months and I will say that some of the cupcakes are better than others. It’s not easy to find vegan gluten-free baked goods in this area that are moist but NORA does a pretty solid job. Yes the cupcakes come out of a fridge, but I’ve learned they should be left to settle to room temp for about an hour before eating. If so, they taste pretty fresh. Staff has been respectful about cross contact. I have found the chocolate flavors to be night and day better than the vanilla
