Wow!!! I will make another trip to Lancaster just to eat this food again. Finding restaurants like this is the true silver lining of Celiac Disease. The waitress was super helpful and patient, and reassured me that anything labeled gluten-free on the menu was made separately from gluten-containing dishes. We got the "sweet and sticky" tofu which had this amazing chickpea flour coating as well as the Kewa Datsi (potato dish with cheese sauce but vegan cheese is also available and GF). Everything was delicious! It was also such a fun restaurant environment. With a unique, diverse menu with plenty of gluten-free options, I am so excited to go back and try more!
