Disappointed but not ruled out.
Wife is celiac.
Norse previously market GF items on the food menu and we loved it/felt safe to eat after talking to wait staff.
Not so tonight. Slightly changed menu and uninformed wait staff meant a bunch of items we previously ordered were said to be off limits. Various answers about status of a GF fryer left us wary about other items.
For what it's worth, no health issue with Burger on GF bun and beet salad but miss the fries and brussels formerly on the menu.
Appreciate the caution (rather safe than sorry) but the different answers and changing menu is a bummer.
We'll give it another shot to see if we get different answers again but might be ruling this one out.

Spoke with one of the owners and head wait staff. They are good about what’s safe and what’s not for celiac. I’ve had a few great burgers, salad, fries (you have to get the duck fat fries!!) and ciders. They also have a GF chocolate dessert! Many other options outside of a burger and salad :)

Only options are gluten free buns, if they have them in stock, and salads. You get different answers from different wait staff. Don’t eat here if you actually have a gluten issue and want something besides a salad with no dressing.

I really enjoyed the cheeseburger with gluten free bread. I had the fried brussel sprouts for my side, which were also gluten free!

Viking burger on a gf bun was great, and the server immediately knew the fries were not gluten-free. Cocktails and cider are available.

The manager Susan and our server were very knowledgeable and made sure our meals were celiac safe. The food was AMAZING! I had the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, & green beans. I don’t know what kind of magic they used but that was the juiciest chicken I’ve ever had. My husband had gf cider and a bison/elk/wagu burger on a gluten free JP’s bun and potato salad. I can’t wait to go back again and try something else!
