My 5 year old daughter has celiacs. We've gone to both locations a few times with no trouble. As usual, we always talk to the server and ask open-ended questions to make sure they know what they are talking about. We usually do pulled pork brisket, mashed potatoes and brocoli or fruit for her. Food is delicious. There are a few bbq sauces that are GF.
UPDATE
A few years ago we went to the Verona North and South on Liberty. After making it known that my daughter has celiacs, they brought her meal with the GLUTEN sauce on her food. There was no offer to replace the food, or take it off the receipt. My husband was able to give my daughter food from his meal as he ordered it GF order to share safely. Needless to say, we have NOT been back.

We’ve done take out from the Verona location in the recent past and it was pretty good. We decided to dine on the patio last night and I ordered the Yazoo which is grilled shrimp and baby back ribs. Oh my gosh food coming right out of the kitchen was SO much better than carry out and we liked the carry out. Feeling great and going back tonight to try something else.

The crab special and seasonal vegetables were amazing. The armadillo eggs were also amazing, but the jalapeño and cream cheese did not sit well with me. I had no celiac related response to the food. The food was great and we had a great server as well.
