Review of Nose Dive

Amazing! So many of their menu items can be prepared gluten free. I was so surprised they included the fried chicken sandwich, and asked our waitress how that was possible. She explained to me that they have a gluten free batter for the fried chicken, dedicated fryers for the chicken and fries, and gluten free buns. I loved it! The chicken had a thick coating of batter and was fried perfectly. The simple toppings of mayo and pickles highlighted everything about the fried chicken. The fries were great as well. The entire time I could not believe I was really eating a gluten free fried chicken sandwich! I can’t wait until the next time I’m in town so I can hit up Nosedive again!!
