Had a wonderful conversation with the owner, they are very knowledgeable and had a lot of amazing menu items. My partner and I shared a sandwich and a pizza, and my partner got a lavender coffee.

So excited to find a paleo restaurant nearby! I ordered the “Lox it up” which was delicious. We shared a waffle which had a great chewy and crunchy texture. The whipped coffee and tea with reishi and coconut milk were also amazing!

Cute cafe with dedicated gluten free,dairy free deliciousness. It’s a small business so hours are limited (i.e closes at 6:00), but serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and yummy drinks and bakery goods. The owner and her husband were delightful and their mission is to serve healthy, healing food. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I ordered the Italian sandwich with sweet potato fries and a cup of butternut squash soup. I am so excited to have a menu that I can eat anything and everything. My sandwich was amazing and I will be happy to try all of the other things on their menu. Paleo, so not a grain in the entire restaurant, so everything is totally gluten free
