I went here during a quick trip to the area because it was near my hotel and I was excited to see a couple of familiar restaurants I've had good experiences at (Asian Box and Oren's Hummus), plus other gluten free options marked too. But unfortunately this location does not seem to have the same precautions as the other locations of those restaurants. There's one small shared kitchen for several restaurants, ordering is all done via computer with no place to note allergens, and I tried to talk to the person working there to ask about cross contact but they were too busy to even pass along info to the kitchen. After waiting awhile I finally got to talk to someone in the kitchen, who said they'd accidentally made my sandwich on gluten bread first and were remaking it, and that he couldn't guarantee any precautions or a dedicated fryer for the falafel I'd ordered. I cancelled my order and left (not sure if they ever processed my refund). It's possible some of the food here could be safe, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to risk it and ended up getting delivery from another Asian Box location instead. Lots of gluten free options marked, but I don't trust them to handle cross contact or even necessarily to get the order right!
