Choices are skillets and omelettes. Had the Irish Skillet, which is hash browns with canned corned beef hash on top, scrambled eggs, and Swiss. Cooked well enough. Pretty bland. Not super assured on how safe it was. My GF request came out the same as the non-GF dishes.

Our go-to for breakfast in Williamsburg! They use separate cooking surfaces for their dishes to avoid cross contamination. The staff was very supportive when we asked for gluten free options and came out and explained their entire process to us.
