The absolute best loaded fries I have ever eaten! I have a gluten allergy so eating yummy cheesy greasy food from a food truck is not usually a luxury in my world. Not just any fry guy made this happen! My whole family was stuffed and happy. I will follow this food truck anywhere! If you haven’t tried them, make the time. I got the Philly and it was AMAZING!

This is my favorite food truck. First, because I never have to worry about getting glutened. Second, the food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious. The owners are super friendly. Don’t hesitate to try the Fry Guy!

Not Just a Fry Guy is definitely worth seeking out. The owners have friends and family with celiac so they made their truck 100% GF. The food is delicious and is a full meal. You won’t leave hungry. I got the Philly cheesesteak fries with ribeye, my husband got the beef barbacoa, and my daughter got the Greek fries. My daughter can’t eat dairy, so they subbed the feta for sautéed peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Everything is made from real ingredients. I talked with the amazing owners for a while and they are fully knowledgeable on making things GF. Will definitely be seeking them out again (even if I weren’t GF) because the food is that good!

Found out about this food truck on a GF Facebook group and was so excited. They sell loaded fries and the entire menu is GF and celiac safe. The fries are in a dedicated GF frier. The food is delicious. They travel all around the surrounding Raleigh Areas. I will be sure to always visit when they are at an area near me.

This food truck is 100% gluten free! There has never been gluten in the truck, ever since it was new. Their food is delicious! Fries served a variety of style. And quite filling/satisfying too. It was such a treat to feel "normal" and enjoy food truck food without feeling limited about what I could have. They go all around the Raleigh, NC area.
