Review of Nothing Bundt Cakes

We've ordered numerous cakes from this place (well in advance) and each time, despite the advance notice, we receive a cake that's FROZEN solid and unusable. Very disappointing. Also, they only have one glaze. Ever heard of chocolate or vanilla, folks, or anything without cream cheese? Seriously, I am not impressed. WAY overrated.
