Nothing Bundt Cakes

My Celiac daughter loves the gluten free chocolate chip cake! It’s so good and the perfect size to pick up on the way to birthday parties so she has a safe piece of cake to enjoy.

They have a gluten-free chocolate chip mini bundt cake with a cream cheese frosting. My husband picked one up as a surprise treat for me, asking all “the questions” - they don’t have a dedicated space, but they clean everything thoroughly each night, and the GF cake is the first thing they make (from a pre-packaged mix) in the morning. He said that the staff person was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about their process. I was skeptical (of course), but he had done such a good job asking everything that I took the plunge. Cake is dense and frosting is pretty sweet, but I’d rate it as tastier than many other gf store-bought cakes. I didn’t notice any ill-effects afterward, and I’m pretty highly sensitive.

Walked in and got 1 chocolate chip gf cake. It’s was the only gf cake flavor available. It was moist and not dense. The style of frosting it more of a taste of frosting. The whole cake is not frosted. It’s a cute presentation. I would be happy if someone gave me this cake on my birthday or for a treat. It is more like a muffin because of the small amount of frosting but that isn’t a negative just an observation.

Really tasty gf cake. They prepare them seperately from the other Cakes. Had no issues. Only one gf cake to choose.

The gluten free chocolate chip cake was moist and the texture was incredibly similar to regular cake. The frosting was delicious. I’m usually more of an organic, homemade type than a chain bakery customer, but I have to say that their GF cakes hit the spot and satisfy a sweet craving. My 11 year old is also GF and she loved these cakes. One of the better GF cakes around.
