Wonderful food and definitely safe. I was a little sceptical of vegan nachos with “27” toppings! But the flavours blew my mind. Also had a rice noodle soup and a vegan poutine with a mushroom sauce that was far superior any regular poutine! Well done! No gluten free menu BUT only 2 items on the entire menu have gluten. Well done even for this meat lover! I’ll be back!

Can’t rate the food because we had some other allergies we were trying to avoid, but the staff there was extremely knowledgeable about gluten-free options and had a full allergen guide that they reviewed with us. I’d definitely recommend just for the safety alone.

SO GOOD! Most of the menu is/can be gluten free / dairy free and is vegan. Also their deep fryer isn’t cross contaminated so good for Celiacs like myself!! Everything is labeled- loved it.

Nourish knows what gluten free means and the options are so delicious. We shared Mac and squeeze, poutine, and the broccoli tempura. It was all amazing. We are also dairy free so it was so exciting to have vegan cheese sauce and cheese curds. Highly recommended!

This was a fun place to sit outside on a beautiful day and enjoy the energy of downtown Banff. I had the poutine, which I had been excited to try. The server was kind and extremely helpful. When I asked if the poutine was GF/dedicated fryer, etc because I had celiac, he assured me it was safe. Also asked if my husband or I had any other allergy issues. The poutine was delicious - good fries, savory gravy and tasty cheese curds. My husband (not celiac) had the kimchi burger which he loved. We would definitely go back!

Wow this place was amazing , we had the Jungle pancake and the Mac&cheese both was delicious. The Mac was my winner so good and creamy , I will go back there anytime

Everything on menu except 2 items was gluten free. Everything on the menu is Vegan or can be made vegan. I’m a huge meat eater so I wasn’t sure about eating vegetarian but it was absolutely amazing! I got the nachos with vegan cheese option. My kids got the King Kong noodles. 100% recommend eating here!

I'm not a vegetarian, but, I don't have to have meat 3x a day either. I ordered the 7 bean burrito because of the waiter's recommendation. He was SOOOO right. It looked pretty big .... I had to do it...I ate the WHOLE thing. It was too amazing not to. I was stuffed and not even ready to eat when it was dinner time. Most excellent choice.

Delicious food and they have a local gf beer that was nice after a long hike. The menu is well marked. Their version of pouting was delicious!
